These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Precisian website (precisian.dev) and any services offered by Precisian, operated by Sebastian Stewart, including the Precisian Racing Solutions motorsport services line ("we," "us," "Precisian"). By accessing the site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of services
Precisian provides technology consulting services, including AI agent deployment, automation, software and hardware consultation, server infrastructure, website design, and systems installation. Precisian Racing Solutions is a services line for motorsport customers offering AIM telemetry calibration and baselines, Dynojet dyno session bookings, race media, custom websites, and commercial or residential automation. The site serves as an informational resource and point of contact.
2. SMS program — Precisian Racing Solutions Customer Care
Program name: Precisian Racing Solutions Customer Care.
Purpose: Two-way conversational SMS replies to inbound inquiries from customers who text our business number. Every outbound reply is individually reviewed and approved by the business owner before sending. No bulk, marketing, or promotional messages are ever sent.
Message frequency: Variable. You will only receive messages as replies to messages you initiate. Frequency depends on the length of your inquiry thread.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Precisian does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, after which you will not receive further messages.
Help: Reply HELP at any time to receive information about the program and how to reach us.

Supported carriers: The program is supported on major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and C-Spire. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number and message content. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the site or the SMS program.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design — is owned by Precisian and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By submitting information through the site (contact forms, project inquiries, SMS messages, etc.), you grant Precisian a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our services. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and does not violate any third party's rights.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
7. Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRECISIAN, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100).

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
