By using our website (precisian.dev) or engaging our services — including texting our SMS business number — you agree to this policy.

3. SMS program — Precisian Racing Solutions Customer Care

When you text the Precisian Racing Solutions business number, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number.
• The content of messages you send to us.
• Timestamps and delivery status of messages exchanged.

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation for customer-service continuity. We use two service providers to deliver SMS: Twilio (carrier delivery and opt-out enforcement) and Anthropic (AI-assisted draft replies; the business owner reviews and approves every outbound message before it is sent). These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Opt-out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Your number will be added to our do-not-message list immediately. You can also text HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes under any circumstance. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not transferred to third parties for marketing, and this restriction is absolute.

4. How we share your information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: third-party tools we use to operate the business (e.g., SMS delivery via Twilio, AI triage via Anthropic, email hosting, accounting, project management), each bound by confidentiality obligations and operating under industry-standard security practices.

• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets (you will be notified in advance).
• With your consent: when you explicitly authorize us to share information.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), secrets stored in vendor secret-management systems (Cloudflare, Twilio), access controls limiting who can view data, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to:

• Provide our services to you.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records retained 7 years; contract records retained for the duration of the applicable statute of limitations).
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

SMS conversation data is retained for up to 12 months for customer-service continuity, then anonymized or deleted. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor do-not-message requests.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
